CODE OF CONDUCT AND INTEGRITY
LETTER FROM THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
In the following pages, you will find out about our Code of Ethics and Conduct, which brings together a set of ethical principles and standards of conduct that guide our business and our company’s decisions. Thus, we seek to promote and consecrate our values, guiding our activities and allowing it to be a company recognized for the respect and ethics practiced on a daily basis.
This code of ethics brings together the set of guidelines that guide the behavior of the company’s employees, supervisors, managers and directors.
Like social life, code is not something static, established once and for all. A critical look at the practice and at the code itself will allow revisions and transformations to be made over time in the direction of the desired objectives.
END ZAYA believes that values and practices reflect high ethical and moral standards, which seek to ensure credibility, preserving the image of the company and its customers.
If you have any doubt about a situation being considered prohibited or not by END ZAYA, or become aware of any action that violates the ethical and conduct principles of this Code, an email should be sent to ouvidoriaendzaya@hotmail.com, reporting the occurrence, informing in detail the fact that occurred, for management to take appropriate measures.

1. INTRODUCTION
This Code of Ethics and Conduct of END ZAYA Ensaios e Inspeções Ltda (END ZAYA) embodies the commitments assumed by our company with ethics and integrity. It is not just a declaration of principles, but a set of norms that guide our internal and external professional posture.
2. REVISION AND UPDATE
Compliance will carry out a review and update every 3 (three) years, which will be submitted to the managing director for approval. After approval, training will be promoted for all END ZAYA employees regarding the guidelines and principles contained in the Code of Ethics and Conduct to reach higher levels of ethics, integrity and transparency.
3. OBJECTIVE
END ZAYA assays and inspections Ltd is committed to providing Non-Destructive Testing services, aiming at customer satisfaction through our quality, Safety, Environment and Health management systems, always seeking continuous improvement.
4. ETHICAL PRINCIPLES
Our purpose is to establish principles, guidelines and general rules that should guide behaviors and establish parameters that help the search for an ethical and honest performance, respecting the applicable laws and regulations of the countries where we provide services, always contemplating justice, legality and good practices.
5. PREJUDICE AND DISCRIMINATION
END ZAYA values diversity in all its relationships and through this is committed to building an egalitarian, cordial and fair work environment on the part of employees, administrators, suppliers and customers or even by those who represent it.
6. RESPECT FOR THE LEGISLATION AND BUSINESS INTEGRITY
END ZAYA expects its Clients and Suppliers to make a firm commitment to respect and strictly comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the locations where it operates.
7. RESPECT FOR THE LEGISLATION AND INTEGRITY OF EMPLOYEES
All END ZAYA employees must carry out their duties effectively, seeking the best result and always maintaining an ethical, honest and transparent conduct.
8. HARASSMENT AND VIOLENCE IN THE WORKPLACE
END ZAYA does not allow or tolerate any type of harassment, violence or harassing treatment between employees, customers or suppliers.
9. PREVENTION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH THE PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SECTOR
END ZAYA prohibits the practice of acts that are harmful to the Brazilian or foreign Public Administration, that violate national or foreign public property, against principles of public administration or against the international commitments assumed by Brazil.
10. COMMERCIAL AND FINANCIAL RECORDS
END ZAYA requires that its commercial and financial records and reports be prepared in accordance with the applicable rules and laws, ensuring the greatest possible precision with regard to the accuracy and completeness of the information contained therein.
11. PREVENTION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Collaborators must not get involved in any activity that may generate conflicts of interest between themselves and END ZAYA, understood as situations in which personal interests are opposed to the interests of END ZAYA.
12. BRIBERY, FRAUD AND CORRUPTION
END ZAYA does not tolerate any form of corruption. The practice of acts of corruption is considered a serious violation of the rules and guidelines of this Code of Ethics and Conduct.
13. RELATIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES
END ZAYA requires its Clients to respect this Code of Ethics and Conduct. Contracts to be entered into with customers must contain rules prohibiting practices that are in breach of this Code of Ethics and Conduct and the Anti-Corruption Code and include the requirement for a declaration of awareness and commitment to comply with the rules established in these instruments.
14. POLITICAL ACTIVITIES
END ZAYA does not engage in partisan political activities. In accordance with Law 13.165/2015, END ZAYA is not allowed to make contributions to politicians and/or political parties.
15. VIOLATION OF THIS CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT
Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this Code of Ethics and Conduct will subject the violator to disciplinary sanctions, based on END ZAYA policies and applicable legislation, as well as punishments provided for by law.
16. ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE
END ZAYA has an Ethics Committee whose objectives are to disseminate this Code of Ethics and Conduct and other company policies, clarifying doubts and providing guidance on compliance.
17. COMMUNICATION AND COMPLAINT CHANNELS
Employees who become aware of any violation of the principles, guidelines or rules of this Code of Ethics and Conduct must communicate the fact through the reporting channel or to the Administrative Sector.
18. FINAL DISPOSITIONS
The Code of Ethics and Conduct will come into effect on the date of its approval by the Board of Directors of END ZAYA and the contained guidelines of conduct will be made known to all employees through the Declaration of Receipt and Commitment.
